This recent development is located in the exclusive Canford Cliffs area of Poole. Following multiple planning submissions, the site finally received consent for two detached luxury houses to replace the single original dwelling. Trees were an important part of the planning considerations and our proposals for their successful retention secured the mature landscape setting that the planners were looking for.
