2017 – Civil Judgment – Cavanagh -v- Witley Parish Council & Shepherd
The High Court Judgment issued in February 2017 was originally refused permission to appeal, but a subsequent request for an appeal hearing was granted. The appeal is scheduled to be heard in October 2018.
