AA Arboricultural Consultancy Course, Gloucester
Every year, the AA run a course for arborists who have aspirations to become AA Registered Consultants, the most prestigious consultancy credential relating to trees in the UK.
This year is was at Eastington Park, a great venue with plenty of history and space, and ideal for the 20 delegates who attended. I joined Jim Quaife, Justin Mumford, Paul Elcoat, and Pete Wharton, to present a range of material over two days covering report writing and professional practice. We limit the course to 20 delegates, which we think gives those who attend a better experience and opportunity to explore specific issues that concern them. It was a great two days, helped by summer weather, and a very enthusiastic group.
